K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel in Hilliard is seeking a Pet Resort Guest Service Representative to be the face of our brand, delivering a “wow experience” to clients and their dogs while upholding our mission and values.
You will greet guests, handle check-in/check-out in our POS, manage reservations, supervise pets, and provide tours when needed. The role requires lifting, weekend/holiday hours, and a sales-minded, outgoing personality; join a dog-loving team in a fast-paced environment.
