Contact Us Communications is seeking an Inbound Customer Care Agent in Hilliard, OH to assist health care providers with payments and account questions. The role handles inbound calls, payment inquiries, and website support while ensuring data accuracy and a courteous, efficient service standard.
You'll work Monday–Friday with shifts within 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST, including some evenings, and receive paid training, PTO, and a path for growth. Eligible for a pay rate up to $15/hour.
