We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our dental implant center. This position is ideal for a dental assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced surgical environment and wants to be part of a team focused on dental implants, full-arch rehabilitation, and comprehensive restorative treatment.
Primary Responsibilities Clinical & Surgical Assisting- Assist doctors during dental implant placement, extractions, bone grafting, full-arch procedures, and restorative appointments.
- Provide four-handed chairside assistance during surgical and restorative procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, surgical instruments, materials, and equipment before procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked clinical environment.
- Assist with implant components, surgical materials, impression/scanning procedures, and provisional/final prosthetics.
- Take and assist with dental radiographs and digital records as directed.
- Assist with intraoral scanning, impressions, bite records, photographs, and other diagnostic records.
- Prepare and properly handle surgical instruments and materials.
- Follow all sterilization, infection control, OSHA, and safety protocols.
- Dental assisting experience required.
- Experience in dental implants, oral surgery, full-arch rehabilitation, or surgical dentistry strongly preferred.
- CDA or other applicable dental assisting certification preferred.
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required based on applicable regulations.
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and clinical procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during complex surgical procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of the doctor.
- Comfortable working closely with doctors, patients, laboratory teams, and other staff members.
