• Preschool Teachers (Ages 3-4): Support curious learners in a structured, playful environment.
• Toddler & Infant Teachers: Provide a gentle, secure space for our growing group of babies and active toddlers.

• Create a secure environment where children explore and grow at their own pace.
• Develop play‑based lesson plans tailored to your students' unique needs. Assessments are integrated with AI to allow for families to partner in seeing their children growth.
• Build deep connections with families and celebrate "magical moments" of early development.

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a warm demeanor.
• Childcare experience (preferred for bonus eligibility).
• Reliability and a team‑player attitude.

$15.00 - $18.50 per hour
