Do you have a passion for working with toddlers and helping them develop? The Goddard School of Hilliard is looking for a Lead Toddler Teacher to join our amazing team!
What You’ll Do- Lead a class of toddlers in a warm, safe, and nurturing environment
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that inspire curiosity and promote learning
- Build strong relationships with children and families, keeping parents updated on their child’s progress
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that fosters creativity and growth
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through hands‑on activities and play
- Ongoing training and professional development to help you grow in your role and stay up-to-date with the latest in early childhood education
- Mentorship and support from a dedicated leadership team who is invested in your success
- A chance to earn certifications like the CDA (Child Development Associate) to further your career
