Do you have a passion for working with toddlers and helping them develop? The Goddard School of Hilliard is looking for a Lead Toddler Teacher to join our amazing team!

What You’ll Do
  • Lead a class of toddlers in a warm, safe, and nurturing environment
  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that inspire curiosity and promote learning
  • Build strong relationships with children and families, keeping parents updated on their child’s progress
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom that fosters creativity and growth
  • Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through hands‑on activities and play

What You Need
  • High school diploma required;
    Early Childhood Education degree preferred
