Are you excited about working with preschoolers and creating a fun, educational environment? The Goddard School of Hilliard is looking for an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our wonderful team!
What You’ll Do- Lead a class of preschoolers in a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
- Plan and implement fun, age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play
- Build strong relationships with children and their families, keeping them informed about their child’s progress
- Maintain a well-organized and inviting classroom that encourages curiosity and creativity
- Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child through interactive activities
- Ongoing professional development and training to help you grow in your career
- Mentorship and guidance from an experienced leadership team that cares about your success
- Opportunity to earn certifications like CDA (Child Development Associate)

- Experience with potty training and the ability to guide children through the process with patience and care
- High school diploma required;
Early Childhood Education degree preferred - Experience working with preschool-aged children is a plus
- Experience with potty training is expected
- A genuine love for working with young children and helping them learn
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
