Kindergarten Instructor

Enchanted Care is seeking a caring Kindergarten Instructor to guide children's early learning in a safe, engaging classroom. You will design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons that build early literacy, math, and social-emotional skills, using play-based and structured activities. Partner closely with families through daily communication, progress updates, and conferences. Maintain a clean, secure environment that meets all health and safety standards.

Collaborate with a supportive team, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a positive, child-centered school culture focused on growth and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate kindergarten lessons in core subjects and social-emotional learning
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that supports exploration and growth
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual learning needs
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and classroom activities
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to support school-wide initiatives and best practices
• Document attendance, incidents, and student records in accordance with school policies
• Participate in professional development, training, and staff meetings
• Support positive behavior through clear expectations and consistent classroom management
• Incorporate play-based and hands-on learning activities into daily instruction
