Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Kiddie Academy of Hilliard is seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated Pre‑K Teacher to join our team. This role focuses on nurturing the growth and development of children ages 3–5 in a safe, engaging, and educational environment.

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Maintain open and professional communication with parents and staff
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
• Follow all state licensing guidelines and center policies

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working in a childcare setting
• Experience working with children ages 3 and older
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for early childhood education and child development
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
