Our primary focus is electromechanical integrated systems and systems of systems directed to aerospace, defense, automotive, manufacturing and medical devices.
Converge offers technical expertise in industrial, electrical, mechanical and software/firmware design and development to transform innovative ideas into tangible products.
Responsibilities- Design, construction and testing of diverse electromechanical systems
- Assisting with design and construction of various other mechanical projects
- Collaborate with industrial, electrical and software engineering teams
- Protected individual as defined by 8 USC § 1324b(a)(3) (Includes but is not exclusive to US Citizens and Permanent Residents)
- 1-year Operation of CNC, router, welding, and use of other manufacturing tools
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in product construction and design
- Proficiency in Solid Works
- Experience in Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM)
- Experience with 3D printing technology and processes
- Experience in fabrication and/or model making
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with other engineering disciplines
- $76,000 - $85,000 per year (Intermediate Design Engineer)
- $85,000 - $95,000 per year (Senior Design Engineer)

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Converge Technologies. You may also be eligible for potential long-term incentives in the form of project bonuses. You will have the option to receive health, vision and dental medical coverage.
