Process Engineer Job

Opportunity to lead impactful process improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on role where you can own projects from idea through execution. Exposure to new product development and plant innovation. Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, technical teams, and leadership. Opportunity to apply and expand knowledge in:
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Statistical process control. High visibility role with the ability to drive measurable plant performance improvements. Strong opportunity to develop technical leadership skills.

Identify and lead manufacturing process improvement projects. Analyze production issues using data and on-the-floor observations. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Ensure products meet technical specifications and quality standards. Plan and execute factory tests and experiments. Evaluate results, write reports, and drive follow-up actions. Serve as a project leader for initiatives such as:
Cost reduction, New product development, Energy optimization, Process improvements. Act as a technical leader within a production area. Drive adoption of scientific and engineering principles across the plant. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve improvement goals. Partner with operators and team leads on hands-on troubleshooting. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DOE, and SPC tools to improve performance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements. Hands-on approach to troubleshooting and process optimization. Strong project management and execution skills. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Effective communication skills (technical and non-technical). Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities. Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and critical thinking. Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership.

Bachelor's degree in:
Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to:
Multi-task, Work independently, Manage multiple responsibilities.
