Process Engineer Job

Opportunity to lead impactful process improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on role where you can own projects from idea through execution. Exposure to new product development and plant innovation. Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, technical teams, and leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and lead manufacturing process improvement projects
• Analyze production issues using data and on-the-floor observations
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Ensure products meet technical specifications and quality standards
• Plan and execute factory tests and experiments
• Evaluate results, write reports, and drive follow-up actions
• Serve as a project leader for initiatives such as: cost reduction, new product development, energy optimization, process improvements
• Act as a technical leader within a production area
• Drive adoption of scientific and engineering principles across the plant
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve improvement goals
• Partner with operators and team leads on hands-on troubleshooting
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DOE, and SPC tools to improve performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in:
  Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to: multi-task, work independently, manage multiple responsibilities

What will make you stand out:

• 3+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing
• Experience with:
  Minitab, Microsoft Access
• Background in:
  Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) certification
• Experience with:
  Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Proven ability to: lead process improvements, drive cost savings and efficiency gains
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions
