A behavioral health organization in Ohio is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead its mental health and substance use services program
.

The organization is looking for a steady, strategic leader who understands compliance — but also understands people. Leadership must uphold regulatory standards while improving retention, morale, and culture.

• Provide executive oversight of behavioral health and substance use services
• Lead clinical and administrative teams
• Improve staff retention and workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with state and program regulations
• Create operational systems and accountability structures
• Partner with ownership and board-level stakeholders
• Monitor program quality, performance metrics, and service outcomes

• Prior Executive Director or senior leadership experience in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment programs
• Strong understanding of regulated healthcare environments
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
