Job DescriptionWe are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused Patient Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement
- Guide new patients through required paperwork and serve as a resource for any questions
- Perform patient registration with accuracy and attention to detail
- Complete insurance authorizations and verifications
- Collect copays and ensure accurate payment posting
- Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
- Maintain professionalism while multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a medical front desk, general front desk, or customer service role
- Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and patient communication
- Ability to multitask and manage a heavy workload efficiently
- Strong computer skills and comfort with learning new systems
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work anywhere between 7 AM and 7 PM
- Comfortable traveling between office locations as needed
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilliard, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
