Care Partner – Part‑Time

Hilliard, Ohio

Starting wage: $18–$20 per hour

Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7 am–3 pm

• Advocate of Empathy: Responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.

• Proactive with ADL assistance: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude who loves residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Active physical ability: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and help after a fall.
• Criminal clearance required.
