Care Partner – Part Time

$18‑$20 per hour

Monday 7a.m. – 7p.m.

• To be an “Advocate of Empathy.” – responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• To be a “Generous Gift Giver.” – present, share talents, be someone others can count on.
• To be “💯.” – create an inclusive and positive environment.
• To be an “Engaged Egghead.” – be curious, ask questions, engage in development.
• To be proactive – assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• Can read, write, understand and communicate in English with our residents.
• Have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our residents.
• Possess computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Be active (standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day).
• Can lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Can assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post‑fall assistance.
• Must be criminally cleared.
