This role is responsible for managing the revenue cycle process, ensuring timely reimbursement, maintaining positive payer relationships, and resolving account discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage billing, collections, and appeals processes.
* Reconcile patient accounts and resolve outstanding balances.
* Communicate with insurance payers to ensure prompt payment of claims.
* Process refund requests and over payments.
* Follow up with payers on outstanding accounts to collect payments owed to MNS.
* Work with clearinghouses, including payer and provider setup and maintenance.
* Utilize payer portals such as Availity, Medicaid websites, and other insurance platforms.
* Research and resolve claim denials and payment issues.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to accounts receivable activities.

Qualifications:

* Experience in medical billing, collections, revenue cycle management, or a related healthcare business office role.
* Knowledge of insurance claims processing, payer portals, and reimbursement practices.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
