- Northwest Family Physicians in Hilliard, OH is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients. You will handle check-in/registration, data entry, insurance verification, collect copays, and answer inquiries to ensure a positive visit experience.
Work schedule is full-time with options 7:30a-4:00p or 8:00a-4:30p, Monday through Friday. Knowledge of HIPAA required and strong communication skills are essential.
