Collaborate with team members and referral sources to make sure patients get top-notch support.
Keep things tidy and compliant—because the details matter just as much as the care.

Here’s How the Bonus Works

$2,000 paid at 6 months of employment
$3,000 paid at 12 months of employment
That’s $5,000 total – on top of competitive pay and great benefits!

Eligibility Requirements

Must be a new hire into a Respiratory Therapist role at one of the listed locations
Must be hired as full-time
Cannot be a former Care Linc employee
Cannot be referred by a current Care Linc employee (this program is for direct applicants only)
Must maintain satisfactory performance and attendance as determined by your leader
Sign-on bonuses are subject to standard payroll taxes and paid via paycheck

Because you’re a real-life superhero on the road and in care, we do ask that you carry:

Auto insurance with coverage of $100,000/$300,000

Personal liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $6,000,000 aggregate
