Overnight Data Center Technician Level 1

Overview

Contract Data Center Technician – Entry Level – Hilliard, OH. 12‑hour night shift with alternating 3‑day/4‑day schedules, back‑half nights from Wednesday/Thursday through Saturday (6:00 PM–6:00 AM). Fully onsite, on‑site contract position.

• 12‑hour shifts (night shift)
• 3‑day/4‑day alternating weeks
• Back‑half nights:
  Wednesday or Thursday through Saturday (6:00 PM–6:00 AM)

• Maintain hardware infrastructure of latest cloud‑computing server technologies.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair physical server components.
• Perform root‑cause analysis for hardware and network issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate advanced technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.

• Minimum 1 + year of hardware break/fix experience.
• Hands‑on server maintenance support, including hardware diagnostics and repair.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts in a data‑center environment.
• Technical aptitude and strong analytical/problem‑solving skills.
• Education and certifications are nice‑to‑have but not required.

Pay: $22.63 / hr.
