• As a Data Center Technician, be a primary resolver for your support team and troubleshoot one or more operating systems. Troubleshoot and solve most infrastructure issues; issues are escalated to the appropriate resolver groups when necessary.
• Create and maintain documentation on supported technologies and convey SOPs to junior staff. Understand all aspects of the equipment you support. Innovate and make decisions independently, while taking direction when provided, paying attention to all details.
• Execute small projects independently and work with your manager to plan and execute larger local projects. Act as an escalation point for junior technicians. Understand all aspects of the equipment you support.
• Role may include rotating shifts (3, 4, or 5 day/night work weeks) and may change based on business needs. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time. This position will fill an opening at one of multiple separate sites.
• This position requires that the candidate selected be a US citizen and currently possess and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Basic Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma, or A+ or CND (Certified Network Defender) or Network+ or Security+
• 1+ years of computer hardware experience, including troubleshooting and repairing experience
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certification, or A+ or Network+ or Security+
• 1+ years of fiber handling and fiber installation processes experience
• Associate's degree in information technology or computer science
• Network troubleshooting
