Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Network Infrastructure Engineer to build Amazon Dedicated Cloud regions as part of its Infrastructure Operations team. This role focuses on scaling network systems to keep pace with growing demand, ensuring stability and sustainability of next‑generation networks, and developing automation and scaling solutions.
Key Job Responsibilities- Clearly communicate project status and blockers to leadership and project management.
- Perform device build and cabling validation activities.
- Manage cabling vendor activities and conduct quality assurance.
- Support Network Engineering deployment activities during scheduled change‑management windows and participate in migrations, including off‑business‑hours work.
- Conduct customer requests via the Remedy trouble ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot networking, routing, and inter‑connectivity issues, including device configuration and low‑level application interaction.
- Deliver simple, sustainable, and repeatable solutions and processes.
- Manage work priorities through ticketing and workflow systems and collaborate with stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
- Travel as required, up to 40% potentially including international travel.
- 3+ years of vendor management experience.
- 4+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment.
- Experience in vendor management.
- Current, active U.S. Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.
- Experience in construction or project management.

The base salary range for this position is USD 96,000.00– annually (OH, Hilliard; OH, New Albany).
