Data Center Technician, ADC InfraOps DCO Tech

Job Overview

As a Data Center Technician, you are a primary resolver for your support team, skilled at troubleshooting operating systems and infrastructure issues. You create and maintain documentation, convey SOPs to junior staff, and act as an escalation point. You execute small projects solo and collaborate with your manager on larger local projects. This role may involve rotating shifts, 3‑5 day/night work weeks, and up to 10% travel.

You must be a U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A+ or CND (Certified Network Defender), Network+, or Security+ certification.
• Current, active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility or above.

• 1+ years of network cabling, fiber optics, and test equipment experience (VFL, power meter, OTDR).
• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• A+ or Network+ or Security+ certification.
• Associate's degree in information technology or computer science.

Starting hourly wage: $33.00–58.00 USD. Additional benefits include EAP, mental health support, medical advice line, and 401(k) matching.
