Key job responsibilitiesThe selected individual will be responsible for managing physical security operations, developing post orders, defining security procedures, handling site incidents, working with security equipment, participating in construction projects, driving day‑to‑day process improvement activities, and managing vendors.
Duties include ensuring consistent deployment of all required security policies and procedures, participating in recurring site audits and reviews, and testing new security technologies.
Must have and demonstrate resilient leadership skills, flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, exceptional knowledge of security practices, and strong written and verbal communication.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice or a relevant field
- Experience using CCTV, access control and intrusion systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with various Access/Intrusion control Systems in a Control room environment
- 1+ years of security operations oversight experience

Benefits and CompensationStarting pay for this position: 24.00 - 42.00 USD hourly (USA, OH, Hilliard). Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
