Micro Center is seeking a Bambu Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Bambu 3D printers and related equipment in our retail service center. You will perform hardware troubleshooting, part replacements, firmware updates, and calibration to ensure optimal printer performance. Work directly with customers and store teams to evaluate issues, explain repair options, and provide basic usage guidance. Maintain accurate repair documentation, follow ESD and safety procedures, and manage parts and ticket queues in a fast-paced, customer-focused tech retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Bambu 3
- D printers and related hardware
- Perform part replacements, firmware updates, and calibrations
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issues
- Provide in-person customer support and explain repair findings
- Document all work in ticketing/repair systems accurately
- Maintain ESD, safety, and cleanliness standards at the bench
- Coordinate with parts inventory to order and track components
- Test units thoroughly before returning them to customers
- Assist sales and service teams with technical product questions
- Stay current on Bambu firmware, parts, and best practices
