Business Operations Director (Full Time)

Location:

Hilliard, OH

Salary: $68,500

Monday through Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Manager on Duty – Weekend Rotation 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

• Be the “First Face” of the community – serve as the welcoming host and coordinate the recruitment process.
• Put the Human in Human Resources – direct and maintain secure confidential human relations systems while providing first‑class customer service.
• Be a Hiring Hero – responsible for grassroots recruitment efforts and work with recruitment and department heads to find the best talent for open positions while ensuring compliance throughout the hiring process.
• Be a Radical Resource – provide oversight, training, and encouragement to all levels of staffing at the community while setting an example each day of Arrow’s core values.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in human resources management, including payroll and employee training.
• Experience in bookkeeping and basic accounting, with ability to adhere to company accounting policies.
• English reading, writing, and communication proficiency at 12th‑grade level.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and solve problems practically.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Comfortable sitting at a desk between four and six hours a day (sedentary role).
• Ability to frequently lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.
• Good physical and mental health; health screening required within six months prior or seven days following employment, must test free of pulmonary tuberculosis at time of screening.
