1st shift Electronic Technician; Component-Level​/Solder Specialist

Electronic Assembly Warehouse

Location - Hilliard, Ohio

Hours - 7am - 3pm

Pay Rate $17-$18 per hour

Assembles, tests, and packages electro-mechanical products according to work orders, drawings, and manufacturing instructions. Ensures products meet quality, safety, ESD, and production requirements.

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components, subassemblies, and finished products.
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Perform basic product testing and verify proper operation.
• Collect and verify materials needed for production.
• Complete required documentation, labeling, and packaging.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and ESD procedures.
• Support cross-training, team activities, and continuous improvement efforts

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read drawings, instructions, and basic schematics.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
