Darby Glenn, a skilled nursing facility in Hilliard, OH, is seeking a Full Time experienced, energetic, strong, and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing, RN to assist the Director of Nursing in leading the exceptional nursing services that are delivered to our residents daily.

• Assist in the direction, coordination & evaluation of nursing care services provided to the residents.
• Implement nursing services, objectives and standards; resolving resident care issues.
• Ensure compliance with all State & Federal guidelines.
• Ensure all confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed & enforced.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents residing in the facility.

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility.
• Must have excellent computer and communication skills.
• Must be able to follow all established Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines.
