Pay Rate: $27/hour plus shift differential

• Maintain precise and up‑to‑date documentation.

• A valid and unencumbered state nursing license.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care is a bonus; a collaborative spirit is essential.
• One or more years of experience as an LPN.
• Exceptional character—someone who will always do what’s right with a reliable work ethic.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
