Quality Assurance Technician – 3rd Shift (Paid Training Provided)

Minutemen Staffing is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This facility operates under Food GMP standards
, and all employees must follow strict safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.

We are willing to train the right candidate—no experience required.

Pay:$16.50/hr

Schedule:

• Training: 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) for 2 weeks

  3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

• Inspect products for quality and defects
• Follow Food GMP, safety, and sanitation standards
• Document inspection results accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support production team in quality control processes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn (training provided)
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Must follow Food GMP and hygiene standards
• Open background
