Inventory Crew Member - North Cincinnati

This is a full-time position with a 4-day work week. Most Fridays, nights, weekends, and major holidays are off. The stores for this position are located in the North Cincinnati, Ohio region; candidates must live nearby or be willing to travel.

• Work independently, performing physical inventory counts, scanning UPCs, and entering data on a handheld computer.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and use communication skills with store team members.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency; track daily progress toward goals and receive regular feedback.
• Exercise good judgement and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Participate in additional auditing projects as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of general business math.
• Six months to one year of job training and experience.
• Strong mental and visual ability to perform counts.
• Physical ability to stand and walk at least 95% of the time.
• Physical ability to lift or move objects weighing between 10 and 50 lbs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
