Merchandise Associate

Home Goods, a division of Widgets Co, is seeking a Merchandise Associate to support daily store operations in our manufacturing-focused retail environment. In this role, you will receive, stock, and organize merchandise, maintain inventory accuracy, and stage products to create engaging, well-organized displays. You'll work closely with store and warehouse teams to support promotions, seasonal resets, and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise on sales floor and backroom
• Create visually appealing merchandise displays following company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock
• Ensure sales floor, shelves, and backroom areas are clean and organized
• Assist customers in locating products and answering basic questions
• Print, attach, and verify accurate price and product labeling
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and handling procedures
• Collaborate with team members to support promotions and seasonal resets
