Appointment Setter - Full Time | $17.50/hr + Bonuses and Commission!
Ever Dry Waterproofing of Columbus is expanding-and we're looking for motivated, high-energy talent to grow with us! We're on the hunt for a Full-Time Appointment Setter in Hilliard, OH who's a strong communicator, thrives on meaningful conversations, and is driven by results and rewards.

What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and schedule in-home appointments
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Use CRM tools to track interactions and manage leads
- Support telemarketing campaigns and assist with lead generation
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries confidently
- Collaborate with the team to improve call strategies and boost performance
- Clear, confident phone presence
- Cold calling experience is aMUST
- Previous customer service or telemarketing experience preferred
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to our Hilliard office
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• $17.50/hour starting pay + bonuses and commission
• Monday - Friday schedule + every other Saturday
