Role Overview

As a full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate you will work in a retail store, selling Verizon products and services, growing your career with training and development opportunities.

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events to expand your loyal customer base.

Base pay $16.00 to $21.00 per hour. Plus up to $18,000 annually in individual‑based commissions if all sales goals are met. Top performers can earn an additional $14,500+ in commissions, potentially reaching $65,000–$75,500+ annually.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a schedule known four weeks in advance.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts during summer months, November–December, and peak vacation periods.

• Experience in a commission‑based environment.
• Sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.
