Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a results-driven Sales Director to own occupancy growth at one of our retirement communities. You will develop and execute the community’s sales strategy end-to-end, building referral relationships and guiding prospective residents and families through the decision process.
Lead the sales process from inquiry through move-in, analyze performance and market data, and ensure accurate CRM data and forecasting to sustain long-term occupancy stability.
