What You'll DoAs a Sales Support Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by:

Building relationships with customers through outbound calls, sharing exciting promotions and new products.

Answering inbound calls to assist customers with questions, troubleshooting, and order placement.

Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services that help customers grow their business.

Accurately documenting customer interactions in our CRM system.

Generating sales leads and supporting special projects that contribute to the success of our growing company.

Qualifications Ideal candidates should have:

A high school diploma or equivalent experience.

Strong phone and verbal communication skills.

Basic computer proficiency (familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, or similar tools is helpful).Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred but not required).Knowledge of the wireless industry (a plus, but not mandatory).The ability to work on-site at our Hilliard, OH location from 9 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday.
