Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Willow Bend Apartments - Hilliard, OH

Scheduled

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, with an on-call rotation

Pay Rate: $28 - $30/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions, incentives, and bonuses

If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service, this role will put your skills to work every day.

• 1+ year of experience in multi-family residential maintenance
• Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
• HVAC certification
• EPA certification
• Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents
• Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance
• Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position

• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks
• Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents
  
  Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results
• Address emergencies as situations arise or while on-call
