As an Excavation Foreman, you will complete all residential plumbing installations efficiently and accurately to ensure a consistent customer experience!
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)Customer
Experience:
Follow our install system, educate customers on products and services, and establish excellent customer rapport.
Quality & Safety:
Ensure jobs are appropriately installed, sign off on the job quality checklist, and maintain a clear understanding of equipment operations and safety guidelines for machinery.
Workmanship:
Deliver quality workmanship while possessing the necessary tools to do the job.
Data & Tracking:
Record crucial job data, clock in and out accurately, and review your time card for accuracy.
Daily Operations:
Attend mandatory team meetings, participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor sessions.
Coordination:
Communicate routinely with the Install Coordinator and debrief with dispatch after each completed job.
Asset Care:
Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck.
Mentorship & Culture:
Train and mentor apprentices, stay knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees.
CDL or Class A CDL preferred.
Skilled in operating a backhoe, dump truck, and excavator equipment.
Ability to maneuver a dump truck and trailer up to 22 ft.
Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software.
Individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team.
Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Workweek &Physical Requirements
Hours:
A typical work week consists of eight to ten hour days, five days per week.
Schedule:
Daily start time is 6:30 am, includes a 30-minute lunch break.
Seasonal Demand:
Long hours may be required during peak times and extreme weather.
Physical Capability:
Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions.
Compensation:
Includes hourly pay plus a bonus program based on Stacked Sold Hours.
Benefits Timeline: 90-day probationary period with no unapproved absences, tardies, or early dismissals; benefits begin after completion.
Management Support:
Routine, rotational one-on-one meetings with your Manager.
Professional Development: “Grow or Die” is a core value; one year to complete your Install System Certification.
Certifications:
Opportunities to become Install System Certified, OSHA Safety & Competent Man certified.
