Full-Time Restoration Technician — $23–$27/hr, Overtime & Bonuses

Restorerz Emergency Services is hiring full-time Restoration Technicians to join our growing team.

This is a hands‑on field position helping homeowners and businesses recover from water damage, fire/smoke damage, mold, sewage, and other emergency property damage situations.

Pay is $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience. Overtime and bonus opportunities are available.

You do not need to be a restoration expert to apply. We are looking for dependable, hard‑working people with a good attitude who want to learn, grow, and build a career.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Respond to water, fire, mold, sewage, and other property damage jobs
  • Assist with job site setup, protection, containment, cleanup, and restoration work
  • Perform demolition, debris removal, cleaning, drying, packing, moving, and related field tasks
  • Set up, monitor, move, clean, and remove restoration equipment
  • Take job site photos and assist with basic documentation
  • Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials
  • Follow instructions from Project Managers and branch leadership
  • Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow company procedures, safety standards, and job‑specific instructions
  • Support emergency jobs, overtime, after‑hours work, and occasional weekend work as needed

  • Restoration, construction, or demolition
  • Plumbing, maintenance, or general labor
  • Moving, packing, warehouse, or cleaning work
  • Customer service or other field service work
  • IICRC certifications or restoration‑related training
