What You’ll DoInstall, service, and repair residential electrical wiring, fixtures, receptacles, panels, and related equipment.

Diagnose problems quickly and perform durable, code-compliant repairs.

Ensure full compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes on every job.

Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to extend system life and reliability.

Use test instruments and meters to verify system performance and safety.

Work safely at all times, following OSHA and company safety practices.

Communicate clearly with customers, contractors, and teammates to set expectations and explain solutions.

Complete work orders and documentation accurately and on schedule.

Coach apprentices and assist with on-the-job training as needed.

What You’ll Bring At least 5 years of hands-on residential electrical experience.

Deep knowledge of wiring methods, electrical systems, and jobsite safety.

Proficiency with meters, testers, hand tools, and power tools.

Proven troubleshooting ability and sound problem-solving judgment.

Experience replacing service panels and installing EV chargers.

Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying weather and confined spaces.
