At RDP, our van drivers play a critical role in supporting our customers and keeping deliveries running smoothly. This van driver position is built to support our transportation team with customer deliveries and day‑to‑day operational needs.

Between delivery runs, associates perform light duty warehouse tasks as needed.

• Pay starts at $20.00 per hour with pay increase opportunities.
• $200.00 perfect attendance bonus.
• Consistent, predictable pay structure.

• Full-time Monday‑Friday and some weekend days based on business needs.
• Routes begin between 6am - 8am.
• Handle small, multi‑stop deliveries throughout the day.
• Support time‑sensitive and same‑day delivery needs.
• Provide professional, customer‑focused service.
• Assist with light warehouse duties when not on deliveries.
