Outbound Freezer Order Selector

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE FREEZER ORDER SELECTOR

The position is 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday starting  are responsible for filling customer orders in a safe, productive, and accurate manner. Products are hand‑selected in a freezer environment and strategically placed on pallets that are eventually loaded onto our fleet of trucks (not a pick and pack process). Freezer suit and gloves provided.

• Base Pay at $24 per hour during the 90‑day training period.
• Opportunity to earn a $1,500 training bonus incentive paid after successful completion of the first 90 days based on performance metrics and continued employment.
• Activity Based Compensation after training: $25‑$30 per hour.
• Sunday – Thursday night schedule, start at 7pm until work is complete.
• $200 per month Attendance bonus.
• Weekly Error bonus starts immediately – make up to an additional $800 per month for zero errors.
• Freezer temperature at 0 degrees.
• Weekly pay.

• Must have the ability to utilize RF scanners for loading and closing when completed.
• Must be able to work in a temperature‑controlled environment.
• Pallet jack experience is required; stand‑up forklift experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds infrequently.
• The successful candidate must demonstrate time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to organize multiple priorities.
