** Position Overview*
* Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Warehouse Associate for our Hilliard, Ohio location. The incumbent will be responsible for accurately selecting, sorting, and preparing orders, and for ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate works effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong attention to detail and reliability.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Accurately pick and pull products based on customer orders or pick lists

+ Verify item quantities and order accuracy

+ Sort and organize materials in assigned warehouse locations

+ Package and label orders for processing and shipment

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

+ Assist with inventory and cycle counts as required

+ Comply with all company safety policies and procedures

+ Meet established daily productivity and quality standards

+ Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

** Qualifications*
* + Previous experience in warehouse, picking, packing, or order fulfillment preferred

+ Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly

+ Capability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

+ Basic computer skills are a plus
