** Pay Rate:**  $20.50 per hour

** Position Overview*
* Seeking a skilled Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Hilliard, Ohio. The individual in this role will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and utilizing warehouse and shipping systems to support efficient operations. The ideal candidate will possess substantial shipping and receiving experience, strong computer proficiency, and exceptional attention to detail.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments

+ Verify shipment contents against packing slips and purchase orders

+ Enter and maintain shipment information within company systems

+ Generate shipping labels, packing documents, and related paperwork

+ Monitor inventory transactions and maintain precise records

+ Communicate with carriers and internal departments regarding shipments

+ Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies as required

+ Organize and file shipping and receiving documentation for recordkeeping

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures

** Qualifications*
* + Previous experience in shipping and receiving is required

+ Proficiency in warehouse, inventory, ERP, or shipping systems

+ Strong computer skills, including data entry and work across multiple platforms

+ Competency with Microsoft Outlook and basic Microsoft Office applications

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

+ Consistent attendance and punctuality

+ Ability to stand, walk, and perform general warehouse duties throughout the shift

** Preferred Qualifications*

Experience with inventory control and shipping documentation

+ Background in distribution or warehouse environments

+ Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems
