Picker / Warehouse Associate
Location: Hilliard, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Warehouse Associate for our Hilliard, Ohio location. The incumbent will be responsible for accurately selecting, sorting, and preparing orders, and for ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate works effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong attention to detail and reliability.

• Accurately pick and pull products based on customer orders or pick lists
• Verify item quantities and order accuracy
• Sort and organize materials in assigned warehouse locations
• Package and label orders for processing and shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts as required
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
• Meet established daily productivity and quality standards
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

• Previous experience in warehouse, picking, packing, or order fulfillment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
• Capability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Basic computer skills are a plus
