We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. This individual will be responsible for the overall financial direction of the organization, providing leadership in financial planning, budgeting, risk management, reporting, and long‑term growth initiatives.
The CFO will work closely with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support organizational goals while ensuring strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This role requires a forward‑thinking leader who can balance strategic vision with hands‑on financial management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the organization's overall financial strategy, planning, and execution
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage banking relationships, treasury functions, and liquidity needs
- Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support executive decision‑making and long‑term growth initiatives
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Monitor organizational performance, identify opportunities to improve profitability, and implement cost‑control strategies
- Support strategic initiatives, including business expansion, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities
- Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, board members, and key stakeholders
- Significant experience in senior financial leadership roles with responsibility for accounting, finance, treasury, and strategic planning
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance practices
- Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth and profitability
- Experience evaluating business opportunities, financial performance, and operational efficiencies
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high‑performing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and influence strategic decision‑making
