DescriptionDigital Banking Specialist
- Act as primary liaison post-sale to ensure proper set up and training of all new and existing digital banking clients.
100% - Complete setup and on-going maintenance of all digital banking products and services
- Research and troubleshoot customer issues
- Customer training
- Support and assist team operations in projects and assignments
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years financial services experience preferred
Payments industry knowledge
Deposit account servicing experience
Ability to multi-task
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Well organized
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
