Hillsboro Health and Rehab is seeking dependable and compassionate PRN NURSES (RN/LVN/LPN) to support our clinical team on both day and night shifts. - Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide leadership and support to nursing assistants and support staff during assigned shifts
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident care needs
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards of care
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing
- Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Dependable attendance and professional demeanor
- Current CPR certification required
