Job Summary

Hillsboro Health and Rehab is seeking dependable and compassionate PRN NURSES (RN/LVN/LPN) to support our clinical team on both day and night shifts. This opportunity is perfect for professionals who value flexibility while still wanting to make a meaningful impact on resident care and team success. Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility protocols
  • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Provide leadership and support to nursing assistants and support staff during assigned shifts
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident care needs
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards of care
Requirements
  • Active RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Dependable attendance and professional demeanor
  • Current CPR certification required
