Job Summary Hillsboro Health and Rehab is seeking dependable and compassionate PRN NURSES (RN/LVN/LPN) to support our clinical team on both day and night shifts. This opportunity is perfect for professionals who value flexibility while still wanting to make a meaningful impact on resident care and team success. Position HighlightsPRN / As-Needed Scheduling Flexible Day and Night Shift Availability Supportive Clinical Leadership Team Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care Environment Collaborative and Resident-Focused Culture Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility protocols
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Provide leadership and support to nursing assistants and support staff during assigned shifts
Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident care needs
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards of care
Requirements
Active RN or LPN license in good standing
Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Dependable attendance and professional demeanor
Current CPR certification required
