What You'll Do:

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Provide compassionate, resident-centered care Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions

Support residents' emotional, social, and physical well-being

Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members

Help create a positive, comfortable environment for residents and families

What We're Looking For:

Current Ohio STNA certification

Compassionate and caring attitude

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Dependability and professionalism

Commitment to providing outstanding resident care
